One of the biggest beauty mistake people commit is that they generally turn their eyes away from proper treatment
of their hands and feet. It is very essential to keep the glow and fairness of your hand in sync with your your face, because otherwise they looks really awkward when your skin gets darker on your hand and feet in comparison to your face. But don’t worry because we have here for you 10 tips on how to take care of your hands!
1. Keep your hands well moisturized. Apply a good hand lotion or rich body butter before going to bed. Your skin is the guide to your health, thus proper skin care is extremely important so that you don’t suffer from skin problems.
2. Exfoliate your hands with a mixture of Bengal gram flour (besan),milk and fresh lemon juice regularly.
3. Blend banana, add 1-2 tsp of honey to it and apply it on the hands. Wash it off after it dries.
4. Wash hands, pat dry and apply vinegar diluted in a little water and put on a pair of soft gloves. Leave it for 15 minutes. Wash with warm water and pat it dry.
5. Massage almond oil or almond oil mixed with egg yolk and a little honey on your hands. Wash with warm water after 15-20 minutes.
6. Apply coconut oil mixed with petroleum jelly to cure rough, chapped hands.
7. Mix almond powder, sugar, milk cream and lemon juice together —they make natural scrub for dark hands
8. Whenever you are going out in the sun, make sure you apply a good sunscreen or sun-block location that have high SPF value to avoid getting red rashes that appear on your arms because of intense heat.
9. Your nails and cuticles also need care. Apply a gentle nail-specific oil to repair dry, jagged cuticles and strengthen your nails to look good even when they are naked. While you are taking shower or after you have applied oil, gently push back your cuticles with a washcloth. This way you can avoid any need to cut your cuticles.
10. If your hands are already chapped, avoid the household chores such as doing the laundry or the wish for sometime to recover them.
